Fettucine. Cavatelli. Farfalle. Spaghetti. Pappardelle. Orecchiette. Linguine. Strozzapreti. Ravioli. Agnolotti. Garganelle. In this hands-on workshop, junior chefs will learn how to create perfect pasta dishes. Each day, students will complete each step - from making pasta dough, cutting pasta shapes, and creating well-paired sauces, to plating their composed dish with appropriate garnishes. Junior chefs will also learn about the origins of pasta, how it's made, and the different cuts and shapes, all while enjoying the delicious results.
This 3-day workshop is organized as follows:
Monday - Handmade Pasta Basics
Tuesday - Rainbow Pasta, Infusing color, vegetables and flavor into the dough
Wednesday - Filled Pasta, like ravioli, tortellini and agnolotti
Each day, you will make multiple sauces that pair with the pasta shapes you’ve created, such as:
Cacio e Pepe
Pesto Genovese
Herb Brown Butter Sauce
Bolognese
Garlicky Tomato Basil Marinara

Workshops are $125 per session or $325 for the full week (3 sessions). Choose 1, 2 or all 3 days.
Students receive all recipes and aprons to keep. Students attending 2 or more days also receive a Teaching Table dough scraper. All food is included.
