In this class, you’ll discuss how to center meal planning around plants, how to prepare and season vegetables properly, how to incorporate legumes for maximum health benefits, how to freely swap in plant-based ingredients, and how to get the most bang out of your spice rack.
We will also share our favorite vegetarian recipes with each other so you’ll not only learn the adaptable recipes in this class, but you’ll walk away with a bundle of ideas for the next few months.
