Charcuterie, Canapés and Cocktails

  • Teaching Table 12 Noel Drive Ossining (map)

Cheers! Learn how to produce an elegant homemade cocktail, canapé and charcuterie spread. Whether it’s just your immediate family, a small group of close friends, or a festive affair, you’ll impress with a charcuterie platter complete with scratch-made elements.

You’ll learn how to select the perfect assortment of meats, cheeses, nuts and fruits for your board. Create the coziest aroma when you roast your very own chestnuts. Learn how to balance your spread and create party platter elements, like pickles and spreads, from scratch. Wow your guests with the recipe I’m known for — Garlicky Stuffed Mushrooms. Mix a batch cocktail you can enjoy while arranging your platter for both beauty and function.

Our menu will include:

  • Pomegranate Chai Fix*

  • Charcuterie & Cheese Platter

  • Handrolled Olive Oil and Herb Sourdough Crackers

  • Pickled Spicy Brussels Sprouts

  • Festive Drunken Fruit Compote

  • Roasted Chestnuts

*Contains no alcohol. You may bring your own spirit, beer or wine.
