In Tofu Dressings, learn how to make 2 versatile flavorful plant-based dressings out of tofu. We’ll toss these dressings into two delicious seasonal salads and discuss myriad other ways to enjoy them. You’ll learn how to use tofu as a thickener or replacement for dairy, and add a boost of protein to your salad and vegetable side dishes…even if you don’t like eating tofu. Also, practice some nifty knife skills: chiffonade kale, dice and mince. Lastly, you’ll be able to differentiate between varieties of tofu and will be able to choose the appropriate type for any purpose.
